Our guarantee- 100% satisfaction. All items wil be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We do not re-imburse for the cost of shipping when an order is returned, except if the wrong item is shipped to you. If you are not completely satisfied with the QUALITY of the item you recieved, you will be entitled to a refund for the full price less the shipping costs incurred when you ordered. To return a portion of your order, we ask that you contact us within 30 days by e-mail so that exchange, refund or credit transaction can be arranged to your satisfaction.<br><br>
RETURN POLICY FOR BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If am item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instrucions on returning and/or recieving a replacement item. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF MERCHANDISE.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON DAMAGED ITEMS
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund. The shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning merchandise. The customer must contact us via telephone or e-mail before returning the merchandise and we will provide an authorization code. Additionally there will be a 20% restocking fee.
AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
To obtain authorization to return an item for credit or replacement, e-mail customer service within 30 days of purchase. In the subject, put "RETURN" and please let us know the reason you are making the return and whether you would like a replacement or refund. Non defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, and shipping costs are non refundable. Items or orders returned withouht return authorization will not receive credit or replacement.
